The hardest questions…

The hardest questions...

“I know I want something different… just not sure what.”

That’s what she told me when we first started working together.

She was great at what she did, but it wasn’t filling her cup.

“There’s got to be something better…”

But fear had her frozen.

→ Fear of making the wrong move.

→ Fear of leaving something “safe.”

→ Fear of the unknown.

So we did what most don’t. We slowed down just enough to get honest. To stop chasing clarity through noise—and start 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 it through action.

“Pivoting isn't plan B; it's part of the process.”

We mapped her strengths. Dug deep for clues and excitement. Uncovered possibilities she couldn’t see.

And most importantly?

She got her out of her own way.

The fear didn’t disappear.

But it no longer made the decisions.

Just one month later…

– She’s not refreshing job boards in a panic.

– She’s 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 roles aligned with her values.

– She’s having powerful conversations that lead to real opportunities.

– She’s showing up with confidence she forgot she had.

Because here’s the truth:

You don’t need a 10-year plan.

You need momentum.

→ Leaders lead themselves first, before they can truly lead others.

“Pivoting isn’t plan B; it’s part of the process.”
