Being a leader isn’t just about what you know… It’s about how you share it.
One of my clients was prepping for a big presentation. She is a very smart and capable professional. She was excited to share her big ideas.
But like so many brilliant experts, she was about to fall into the trap of simply conveying information.
Data. Slides. Bullet points. All accurate.
She had everything except the thing that makes people lean in:
→ a Story.

So, we wrote the script:
• We built a narrative around the “hell”—the tough, costly problems her audience is facing
• Then we painted the “heaven”—the results, ease, and transformation her work makes possible
• And then we anchored it all with insight and proof
The shift was instant.
✅ She didn’t just sound smart, she sounded essential
✅ The room stayed with her, from the first word to the last
✅ She walked out seen not just as a presenter, but as a leader
It’s a hard truth: Being credible isn’t enough.
If you want buy-in, stakeholders, or change, your ideas have to resonate.
She didn’t need a louder voice.
She needed a story that sold her vision.
