Reach and Reflect

I knew I needed a new challenge – but I wasn’t ready to jump into something completely new yet. And then I realized… I knew how to try something new – with minimum personal risk.

Mindtap exists to help diverse professionals (women, minorities, introverts, LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, anyone who feels different…) to be seen and heard as the leader you know you are, without changing who you are.

If we’re sufficiently challenging ourselves and growing – it is inevitable that we will encounter doubt. Although it’s a natural thing… it’s important to have a tool to pull you back out.

The tooth fairy was my personal fail this week. But what we don’t realize… is there’s a good side to failure. Failure forces creativity.

There’s more to you than what meets the eye. The only way people will learn more is if you tell them… through your story. But how do you tell it?
