I hope you know if you’re avoiding failure, you’re also avoiding success.
Because what I’ve come to realize in my 41 years is that no one learns how to be successful without getting an education from failure first.
And maybe failure is life telling you and me that we haven’t learned “how” to win yet.
Because “how” is all that really matters in the end.
People aren’t inspired by winners just because they won… it’s how they won. And more importantly, how they overcame to win.
“I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
In reality, those who participate eventually become those who win.
Those participation awards in school? Maybe they weren’t just BS. Maybe they were meant to teach us that there is glory in the attempt.
Because there are no winners if there are no players.
And even if you don’t win the hand, you are currently playing…
Life is a game that will teach you how to be a better player, so that one day you can win the hand that was always meant to be yours.
“I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
