A quick, easy way to set your day up for success?
I developed this habit over the last year, and I wish I started this sooner!
Every evening with my cup of tea, I write down these 2 lists:
“A winning attitude allows you to work on the things you can control.”
🔹 3 Wins for Today
Mostly these are things I am grateful I experienced, big or small. They can also be achievements or things I’m proud of, like having a tough conversation.
I usually end up writing more than 3!
This helps me to celebrate my day 🙌🏼
We often don’t give ourselves enough credit.
And even the worst days have gifts if you look for them.
🔹 3 Wins for Tomorrow
This list I limit to 3, to create focus.
What are the most important 3 things of the day?
If I tackle these, the whole day is a win!
It can also help to reframe something I ‘have to do’ to a ‘win’ when completed.
Remember, small wins are the building blocks of big successes!
