We all have doubts at times. I still do.
And yes, even CEOs have it.
It’s what happens when you encounter the new, the unknown.
And so, the human brain goes into protection mode. Because that’s what it was designed for 300,000 years ago -> for survival.
But you don’t want to just survive. You want to grow, improve, and level up.
Step beyond the brain’s automatic programming and activate a new pathway.
"Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing."
I personally follow these 5 steps to transform doubt back into confidence.:
1/ Remember a time you encountered a big challenge in the past.
It doesn’t have to do with your current challenge.
But you’ve already overcome amazing things to get where you are… today.
What is something you are proud of?
2/ Identify the strengths you used.
What strengths carried you through that tough time?
These strengths don’t go away. You still have them.
They served you already and will help you again.
3/ Identify the approach you used.
What were all the things you tried?
Make note of what worked, and didn’t work, as you tackled that previous challenge.
You already have tried and tested strategies with a proven track record!
4/ Identify the resources you used.
Who were the people you tapped into?
Where were all the places you found the information you needed?
What things did you need, that you didn’t know you needed last time?
How did you find resources you didn’t have already?
5/ Look at everything you already have!
Strengths, strategies & and resources.
You are starting with really strong tools.
You’ve already tackled amazing things.
Because of this… you’ll tackle this next thing too.

I’m rooting for you!
Keep shining bright
